This GovCon standard structure enables you to drive consistent process. It frames the detailed work and your management displays, dashboards, and reports. With this structure you are empowered to guide and drive people to do the right thing at the right time.
Embedded GovCon Standards
GovCon standards are embedded in WinCenter. They give you structure and drive process and work consistency. It starts with the Phase-Based lifecycle. Our pre-populated Activity Checklist provides key activities based upon Shipley with tracking and scoring. Your schedule is always visible including customer proposal dates, gate reviews and color reviews. And we support best practices to get work done across BD, Capture and Proposal Development.
Process and Workflow Automation
All R3 Solutions have a configurable process engine. A process can be wrapped around just about anything. Out of the box WinCenter has processes for Lifecycle Phase promotions, Bid/No Bid Decisions, Action Items, Contract Requests (NDA, TA, SOW, Subcontract) and Document Assignments. At-Your-Service Actions
Work in WinCenter is driven by Actions. They may be user actions or system actions that run in the background. Each is configurable and role based. And you can create your own. They drive processes and provide consistency of day-to-day work. They also do things for you such as sending notifications, making status updates, serving work up to users and taking it away (Pens Down), making comments and writing to an Action History log. These At-Your-Service features take care of lots of the admin work, save people time, and keep everyone informed and engaged.
Real-Time Reporting and Visibility
Everyone is kept on the same page with real-time updates surfaced where people work and supported with reports, dashboards, work management displays and charts. You get real-time analytics that provide insight into work without requiring manual preparation and analysis. This real-time visibility drives accountability and consistency across all team members. Task Order Lifecycle Automation
Specialized support for Task Order process throughout lifecycle is included in WinCenter. It starts with automating ingestion of Task Orders from GWAC/IDIQ vehicles. It moves to Phase 0 for collaboration, distribution internally and to partners, and your initial interest decision. Then, we support rapid proposal development leveraging reusable knowledge assets and work automation. Throughout the cycle you get visibility with real-time updates.
