R3 Business Solutions, LLC (R3), is committed to maintaining strong and meaningful privacy protections. Your privacy and the privacy of your personal data are a top priority. As such, our Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the information we collect, how we use it, and our commitment to keeping it private.

At times, specifically through your interaction with our products, services, website, or forms, R3 will collect “Personal Data,” such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, or location. We primarily collect this information when you choose to communicate directly with us (i.e., submit a form, email or call us).  R3 does not request nor collect “Sensitive Data,” such as race, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, income, health, or any other similarly sensitive information.

 

R3 does use several website monitoring tools that track users and user activity. However, these tools do not collect “personal data” as defined above. They may track IP addresses, locations, browsers used, etc., but do not relate that to any personal data.

 

Disclosures and Confidentiality of Personal Data

Once collected, R3 does not disclose your Personal Data to any party outside of R3. Only under very specific legal action, will we disclose portions or all of the data. Nor do we sell or rent your Personal Data to anyone. It is used exclusively for legitimate business purposes by R3 only.

 

If you have provided us with your Personal Data, we may send you periodic emails about new products, features, offers, case studies, events, or other happenings.  As required by law, all of our emails have the option to unsubscribe from all future mailings. Upon receipt of such requests to unsubscribe, R3 immediately removes you from any mailing lists.

 

If you send R3 a support request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we do reserve the right to anonymously publish the request to help us clarify or respond to your request, or to help other R3 customers with similar issues.

 

Use of Cookies
